SEPA direct debit mandate
I authorise the payment provider Adyen BV (creditor ID NL48ZZ342764500000), on behalf of DKMS, to collect payments from my account by direct debit, and instruct my bank to debit my account in accordance with the instructions from Adyen BV.
Please note that you are entitled to request a refund of the debited amount under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date your account was debited. You will be notified of the SEPA Direct Debit one day before withdrawal.
